This page lets you request deletion of your BlueRez account and the personal information associated with it. You can submit a request here whether or not you currently have the BlueRez app installed. This is the official deletion request channel referenced in our Privacy Policy.

This page applies to BlueRez account holders — business clients and their authorized users (operators, activity providers, and staff) who sign in to the BlueRez platform.

If you are an end customer (a “Booker”) who made a reservation through a business that uses BlueRez, that booking data is held on behalf of that business. To delete it, contact the business you booked with directly, or email us at info@bluerez.com and we will route your request appropriately.
